Shipping Policy

After you complete your purchase, payment processing is 2 business days. Once your payment is cleared, your product will be shipped and you can expect your item within 3-7 business days depending on where you are located in the states. we currently are not shipping orders outside of the country at this moment.

Please understand that shipping from our company is 3-10 business days at the max. Once your package is shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow at least a 24 hour time frame for an update to appear when tracking. After receiving your tracking number If at any time your package has not yet arrived within that time, and you HAVE NOT received an official email for us stating a delay on your package arrival please check with your local USPS.

If you are purchasing a specific customized unit order, its a 5 business day for the unit to be completed plus the 3-10 day shipping. If your unit is completed before the 5 days you will be contacted ASAP

Great Bundles!

I was on the hunt for a new stylist and bundles and thankfully found both! She’s an amazing stylist with great customer service and the bundles are equally as great! I love the hair in its natural texture but it is also easy to style, curl, or straighten and it takes to color well! Overall 10/10 recommend!
