Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer any returns, you may exchange under the circumstances you are experiencing extreme knotting with your hair within the first 2 weeks of purchasing. Hair must be returned prior to receiving new hair extensions. After hair is returned its a 2 week turn around time for new extensions to be sent out depending on inventory. After under going many hair test, we guarantee you a product that is soft at touch, a natural shine at sight with minimum shedding.

​All hair goes through a thorough cleansing process once arriving in the U.S, we assure you a great product with no issues if cared for properly.
